TEDxSacramento 2012: X Marks the Spot

You are cordially invited to take part in this immersive, all day experience, from 9:00 - 6:00, held at the Crocker Art Museum in Downtown Sacramento on Friday, August 31, 2012. Our most anticipated event yet will offer you a chance to “check out” from the day-to-day routine and go on an intellectual journey with 300 smart and curious friends to a world filled with brilliant speakers, captivating performances, amazing new technology, and thought-provoking short films. This year, we have speakers as diverse a National Geographic photographer, a robotics designer, the trainer behind Seal Team 6, speakers from Denmark and Uganda as well as some of our region's greatest minds; speakers on Game Theory and running, on innovation, memory, achievement, sustainability and more! Some have spoken to audiences all over the world, while others have been working quietly on ideas that the world needs to hear. 

Tickets are $100 and include a picnic lunch. Seating is extremely limited and is available on a first-come, first-served, basis. We recommend that you register as soon as possible so that you are able to attend.
